Mosmeen’s Story of Hope "I was married off at a very young age to a man from another village. This is the tradition in our village. When the girls become teenagers, they are married off by their parents for a better life. The girls have no say. Sadly, some years later, my husband deserted me. I was left alone with my three children and no security or dignity. Now I’m happy that I’ve become independent. We have our dignity and economic security. All three of my children can go to school, and I’m also able to support other female Artisans in my village."
