Shefali's Story of Hope Life in my community is dominated by the men. That is exactly why Trades of Hope plays a very important role, as it lays down the path for us women to support ourselves and reduce dependency on men. Trades of Hope has insured fair wages and work gender equality which has helped us earn more than before. It has given me more financial independence. We are now able to maintain better standards of living like better hygiene, better healthcare, and better education for my child. My dreams are not fictional or unrealistic. I wish to lead a very simple and happy life. My dream is to see more women from my community joining work. I always work toward encouraging them to become financially independent.
