Le Thi Bich Thuy’s Story of Hope "I grew up watching my parents craft beautiful pottery in our village that's known for creating fine ceramics, and they passed the traditional skill on to me. Life becomes better when working as an Artisan, as I have for 35 years. Now, I manage a ceramic workshop where I empower women in my village to rise out of poverty through skill training and fair pay compensation, while keeping traditional handcraft alive."
