Sabahar

Choosing Sabahar means supporting ancient crafts and the people who keep it alive.  

Spinning the weft thread takes one woman a full day, while dyeing and weaving each require about half a day. Fringing, washing, and finishing add another half day—bringing the total to approximately 2.5 days of meaningful employment for every full-size towel.

Hand towels, being smaller, provide about 1.3 days of employment per piece. The result is a fabric that endures, grows softer with every use, and carries a beautiful story of craftsmanship.
